Private cooking classes are an extension of a first Naturopathic visit. This allows me to determine your exact body type and create a set of foods and menus that nourish your individual body.
In this cooking class you will:
- Get a list of foods, drinks and herbs that nourish your body
- Learn to cook with the above
- Create a complete menu of dishes (starter, main dish, side dish and drink) following specific recipes picked out for you
- Leave with a booklet of 5 new recipes and some left-overs!

This is a great way to put into practice what I suggest in my consultations. I have found that once clients to a recipe once, or cook with a new food once they are much more likely to continue preparing and eating these foods.
