Private Cooking Classes
What if you could learn to cook foods that were specific to your body. Learn to make staple recipes that serve as medicine to you. Private cooking classes are an extension of a first Naturopathic visit. This allows me to determine your exact body type and create a set of foods and menus that nourish your individual body.
In this cooking class you will:
- Get a list of foods, drinks and herbs that nourish your body
- Learn to cook with the above
- Create a complete menu of dishes (starter, main dish, side dish and drink) following specific recipes picked out for you
- Leave with a booklet of 5 new recipes and some left-overs!

This is a great way to put into practice what I suggest in my consultations. I have found that once clients to a recipe once, or cook with a new food once they are much more likely to continue preparing and eating these foods.
Length: 2 – 3 hours
Price: 90 euros

This class works great as a pairing with the market tour, here you will learn how to source the best of the best ingredients for your cooking here in Turin.
